When can we set up?
For a wedding on a Saturday you are welcome to start setting up at 9 am the day of your wedding, if your wedding is on a Sunday then that time begins at 10 am. If you require more time, please discuss this at the time of the booking. Please let us know when to expect you so we can have everything set out for you.
When do we have to have it cleaned up?
We request that your guest depart and you have everything cleaned up prior to the time slot. On Saturday this is 11pm and Sunday 9pm, if you feel you need more time please discuss this during the time we go over the contract.
What if it rains?
Your wedding ceremony can be moved to be held in the barn and then flipped quickly to host the reception. However, we are in the process of building an open air chapel. When this is complete, it will be the rain backup plan.
What is the role of the farm representatives the day of our wedding?
The farm representatives on duty will assist with parking cars, keep the bathrooms tidy and stocked and be on hand to answer any of your questions or any of your vendor’s questions. These individuals will not coordinate any setup, breakdown, or timeline management.
Where do we park?
The main parking area is just before the barn in the old pumpkin patch. The ceremony and reception site will be directly in front of you and will only be a short walking distance away.
Is Alcohol Allowed?
Yes, Alcohol is allowed. It must be served by a licensed and insured bartender/caterer.
Do we have to use your approved vendors?
We do not require you to use our approved vendors, but we can strongly recommend the ones we have listed and we have the right to deny a past vendor.
Can my family cook the meal for the reception or rehearsal?
No, for liability reasons all food for the rehearsal and reception events must be cooked by an insured caterer or restaurant.
Do we have to hire a coordinator?
Yes, we do require you to use a day of coordinator. You must choose from our in house coordinator or the coordinators listed on our website.
